About the Pattaya
Pattaya is a mere 150 km from the capital city of Bangkok. It was once a sleepy fishing village but later found fame with American soldiers during the Vietnam War. Sitting on the Gulf of Thailand on the east coast of Thailand, it remains a popular tourist destination. Pattaya Weather
The climate of Pattaya is tropical and follows the monsoon season. During the dry season of November to May the temperatures are hot and there is little rain. The rainy season starts in June and ends in October and is wet and hot. Humidity is at its worst between March and May and the temperatures are at their hottest. Christmas and New Year are some of the most pleasant times to visit Pattaya.
